The Richmond Chapter members must also be VSCPA members. Membership is for calendar year and renews in December each year. Membership is free for retirees and nominal for students with proof of status.

The Richmond Chapter of the VSCPA serves Ashland, Blackstone, Colonial Heights, Goochland, Kenbridge, Kilmarnock, Mechanicsville, Montross, Petersburg, Richmond and Tappahannock. Members prefer in-person events to promote networking and support system.
